I first encountered Spectrum volunteering at the 2019 Easter Egg Hunt, and I was introduced by one of your former interns, Hannah. At the event, I got a little feeling of what Spectrum is all about! I had so much fun interacting with everyone that I decided to join Spectrum’s team for my senior internship! I knew that I had a soft spot for kids, but interning with Spectrum really solidified my love for children. From summer camp to labor day weekend camp to respite weekends to drama club, I have had a wholesome experience interning with Spectrum and learning more about the awesome community and family network!

I am Nagasudhan Ayyachamy. I am a senior at the Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology. At the beginning of the school year, I decided to intern at SPECTRUM Autism Support Group. I am very interested in studying and practicing health care law and thought about the best places to intern to gain the knowledge needed to succeed in this field. I was introduced to SPECTRUM by my academic counselor. I am glad I was accepted to intern here because I have grown very fond of the people I currently work with. The best part about interning here is seeing the people I work with create new friendships and relationships with people that they were hesitant to talk to at first. I hope to continue to work with these people and help more people once I go to college.
